Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us or one of our fulfillment partners because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or insufficient address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another delivery-related issue, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.
If you would like the order shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
Any additional shipping cost will be based on the actual or applicable cost of reshipping the order.

When a product, promotion, or campaign states that a portion of proceeds will be donated to a charity or organization, the applicable donation amount will be determined according to the terms stated for that product, promotion, or campaign.
Unless otherwise stated, donations based on product proceeds are calculated from net proceeds after applicable production costs.
Donation timing and recipient information may vary by campaign.
SECTION 20 - CUSTOM PRINTING AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
PNW Kyne reserves the right to refuse custom artwork, images, text, or other content that we determine to be unlawful, infringing, offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for production.
If we reject a custom request after payment has been received and no acceptable alternative can be agreed upon, the applicable amount paid for the rejected custom product will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any artwork, images, logos, trademarks, text, or other materials submitted for custom printing.
Custom and personalized products may be subject to additional terms and may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges except in cases of defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

A couple of choices I made intentionally
I kept Donation Handling, but made it flexible instead of promising that every qualifying donation is calculated and paid monthly. Your existing Terms currently make that specific monthly commitment.
